How this estimator works.

No black box. The numbers come from my actual project history and align with the locked package tiers shown across the rest of the site. If a tier changes, this calculator changes with it.

    Base rate by project type

    Each project type has a base price anchored near the right package tier. Brochure: $3,500. E-commerce: $7,500. Membership: $9,500. These bases land calculator results near a real package, not a made-up number.

  2. M/02

    Page count multiplier

    The first 5 pages are included in the base. Each additional page adds $180 for design, build, and content integration.

  3. M/03

    Feature add-ons

    Each feature has a fixed price derived from past engineering hours. Every add is visible in the form. No hidden line items, no surprise creep.

  4. M/04

    Range, not a number

    The result is a ±15% range because real projects vary. The actual quote (after a 30-minute call) usually lands in the lower third of the range.

  5. M/05

    Maps to a real package

    The calculator output anchors against the three Outerwave packages (Essential / Pro / Premium). Wherever you land, you can see the closest tier and what you save vs comparable local options.
